Q : Are the clothes and items refundable or exchangeable?
A : No item can be returned, refunded or exchanged unless the item is defective, damaged or does not correspond to the one ordered.

Q : How do I choose the right clothing size?
A : You will find, for each garment, the size chart and the way to measure (body measurements or garment measurements). It is important to take the time to look at the measurements. The customer is responsible for ordering the right size. No refund or exchange can be made unless the size of the item delivered is different from that ordered by the customer.

Q : I received a different item than ordered, who should I notify?
A : You must contact Arianna Petrone <apetrone@arjarchitectural.ca> of ARJ within 5 working days from the date on which the order will have been received.

Q : I received a gift card, does the amount have to be spent in one transaction?
A : If you received a gift card, the amount of the gift card can be spent in multiple transactions. The balance will not be lost.

Q : Where do I enter my gift card code?
A : There is a box provided for this in the shopping cart. Enter the code received and the gift amount will be applied to your purchases.

Q : I placed my order on the 12th day of the month, when can I expect to receive my order?
A : You had until the 14th day of the month to place your order. The order will then be processed, produced and delivered around the 15th day of the next month, based on stock, vacation period and holidays. Example: Order placed on September 12. Delivery expected around October 15.

Q : Can I ship my order to my home address?
A : Orders can only be delivered to the 3 addresses of ARJ, which are Ottawa, Montreal and Quebec.

Q : Are there shipping charges?
A : Shipping charges are included in the unit price indicated.

Q : What is the benefit of creating an account on the online store?
A : By creating an account on our website, you will be able to shop faster, be up to date on an order's status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made.
