Please note that orders placed before the 15th of the current month will be received around the 15th of the next month*.
*Based on stock, vacation period and holidays.

1. Item purchased on the of ARJ Online Boutique cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged unless the item is defective, damaged or does not correspond to the one ordered.
   
   
2. In the event that the item received is defective, damaged or different from the one ordered, the customer must then inform Arianna Petrone <apetrone@arjarchitectural.ca> of ARJ within 5 working days from the date on which the order will have been received by the employee. Within this same period of 5 working days, the customer must also return the above item to his superior in order to ship It back to the supplier.
   
   
3. Depending on product availability, the defective or damaged item will either be refunded or replaced. If the returned item does not correspond to the one ordered, it will be exchanged, replaced or refunded depending on its availability and the obligations of the supplier towards ARJ.
   
   
4. The customer is responsible for ordering the right size. No refund or exchange can be made unless the size of the item delivered is different from that ordered by the customer. To help you choose the right size, a size chart is available for each product.

Note that orders can only be delivered to the 3 addresses of ARJ*.
